This popular West Didsbury restaurant lies at one end of Burton Road's string of bars and bistros, so you don't have far to walk for a post–curry pint. The Great Kathmandu's main selling point are the chef's specials. If you go for your usual lamb rogan josh you won't be disappointed, but if you opt for something a bit different you'll be raving about it for weeks. Great Kathmandu gets busy at the weekend so it's best to book.
