The CornerHouse
Definitely not for fans of big-budget disaster flicks, martial art capers which rely on the comedic potential of minorities, or anything produced by Jerry Bruckheimer. Leaving the mainstream aside, (along with the overpriced popcorn), The Cornerhouse allows you to enjoy art house, foreign and cult classics on the big screen. It often takes part in film festivals, and economical types and punsters alike should check out their 'reel deal' every Monday. A movie ticket, pizza and a drink for £11.20 isn't to be sniffed at.
