From the minute you step through the gleaming glass doors, your every wish is catered for – as long as you're willing to pay for it. Despite the usual snoot system whereby the more experienced the cutter, the more you pay, don't be lulled into thinking you're in control. But the sheer indulgence of the experience and loyalty card scheme mean you keep coming back for more. Being pretentious now and again can't harm, can it?
