Farmer's Market
As we stare out over the sprawling metropolis of Manchester, we can often see green things in the distance. Apparently, these are called 'fields'. It's rumoured that you can 'grow' things in these 'fields'. We thought things grew in the back of Tesco. The farmers' market turns up once every two weeks to mock our city sensibilities and sell us some genuine food. Cheeses, fresh meat, flowers, voluptuous farmers' daughters and magic beans are all on sale, which gives us a chance to try to accustom our digestive tract to something that isn't Smarties cookies.
