The Dog & Patridge

'When I was young, I never needed any one, and making love was just for fun <sigh>, those days are gone... la la oooohh...' sorry, distracted there. See, we went to the Dog and we had a fab time - it's a proper pub with proper beer and wooden floors so that they can wash the spit and sawdust away, and it's cosy and not too smelly. This is the kind of pub that makes you want to go for a walk just so you can sit inside it with your muddy boots feeling all smug that you earned your pint. Just a damn shame about the music - surely Celine Dion is a step too far into madness.
