Kro Bar

Finally, a European asylum seeker the Daily Mail can't complain about. Kro, as much an Oxford Road establishment as students or rats, has shown us for years that there's more to Denmark than bacon and, erm, oh... It's a cosy little shop, and is usually bustling with undergraduates and their loan-grabbing chums, so it gets pretty full around belly hour. There's a mix of the usual fodder on offer, but you'll find some traditional Danish dishes lurking between the chicken salads and beef burgers.
