A wise prophet once said, 'The Inland Revenue are bad people who will get their comeuppance and their building will be transformed into a lovely restaurant'. Amazingly, this three hundred year old prophecy has come true and Beluga stands as testament to the powers of the crystal ball. Like a religious exorcism, all the bad that this building once held has been wiped clean and replaced by a fantastically urbanite restaurant with not a tax collector in sight. Unless they're eating on the table behind you. Seriously, they're everywhere.
