Panacea Bar & Restaurant
Certainly not an answer to all your city centre night out problems, but not bad if you are feeling swanky. Come one, come all, said the management when this ultra smart bar opened. We're no snobs, they reckoned. They were lying. Unless you mind being judged on looks, class and wealth with every move, you may feel a tad uncomfortable. But not as uncomfortable as if you forgot to wear trousers. One for a glass of champers before moving to the excellent Restaurant Bar and Grill upstairs, perhaps.
