The Old Wellington Inn
Oft–forgotten neighbour of the Oyster Bar in Exchange Square, the Welly is a fine drinking experience, although you may have to battle your way through the shopping during the weekend or slalom through the outdoor beer garden with your plastic pint pot. Oh, how we abhor those. Although it was reconstructed piece by piece after the bomb of 1996, this little boozer dates back to the 1500's. This probably explains the extra low ceilings; giants or people with impressive mohawks should avoid.
