The Woodstock

The Woodstock is out–of–town, but well worth a visit. If you like eating Kangaroo then look no further –although where else you would look is a mystery to me. For those with a more average taste in food, the chips and dips do the trick. It was recently refurbished and is swish inside, with wooden floors and a variety of comfy seats. Criticism's are that there can be a really bloody long wait at the bar and they turn the lights up and the music off at the stroke of 11pm. The Didsbury set are here in force on weekend nights, so dress tends to be reasonably smart with both girls and boys making a bit of an effort.
