Polar Bear

Pretty large – mainly – second hand CD independent store, with strong offerings for everything from hip hop to soundtracks, rock and pop to world music. Definitely the place to scour for that CD you really should have got last year, but it was too damn dear in the chain stores. With many CDs at around £7.99 – some at 99p –, you're bound to find something you weren't looking for. Occasional advance promos and one of the best places to order that back catalogue rarity.
